Strategic marketing and staff management strategies that increase the business side of your childcare center— these tips are not just for a full center, but home daycare centers too—especially home centers! It can be lonely at the only person at your center— but a collaborate network of fellow childcare providers who are passionate about growing their businesses can be very helpful to any provider.
Over the last several weeks I have been in charge of a social media push at my center. It has been a very enlightening experience, to say the least! I was given a calendar of topics to find information on or to create content for. Through that resource, I have learned about several tools available online for free!
While I've always had a. passion for childcare and families, these business essentials have helped me tap into a whole other facet of running a center. I have strengthened my marketing skills and begun to push myself beyond my comfort zone to reach my career goals!
A. You can try and do this by yourself— on top of all of the things you have to do— trying to maximizing your staff while trying to also grow your business can be challenging.
B. You can outsource— pay someone else to train your staff— or put the financial burden on your staff to pay for courses out of pocket.
C. (My favorite)— we work together! You will be supported by someone who has been there and totally understands the headache running a center can be. We work on marketing and strategic business practices to take your center to the next level! I’m talking future directors, additional centers and residual income!
